Hi, I'm Paige.

I've never really had just one hobby.

I've always been the person who wanted to try the pottery class, learn embroidery, bake the fancy cake, paint the thing, or pick up whatever creative project caught my eye that week. If making something with my own two hands was an option, I was probably already halfway down the rabbit hole.

Then life got busier.

I became an engineer. Then a mom of two. Somewhere between work deadlines, school drop-offs, and the endless mental checklist that comes with adulthood, creativity started feeling like something I needed to schedule instead of something I got to enjoy.

And honestly? I missed it.

Not because I wanted another unfinished project tucked away in a closet—but because making things has always been how I slow down, recharge, and bring a little more joy into ordinary days.

So I started designing the kind of kits I wished I could find.

Projects that are modern enough to proudly clip onto your favorite bag. Small enough to finish in a few evenings. Thoughtfully designed so you don't have to hunt down supplies or wonder what comes next.

Just open the box and start making.

That's how On a Whimsy Co. was born.

I hope our kits give you an excuse to make something just because it sounds fun. Something you'll carry, gift, or smile at every time you see it.

Because sometimes a tiny project is exactly what you needed.

Welcome to the whimsy.

Tiny projects. Big joy.

At On a Whimsy Co., we believe creativity should fit into real life—not require an entire free weekend.

We make thoughtfully designed DIY kits that help you create something you're genuinely excited to keep, gift, or show off. Everything you need comes in the box, so you can skip the supply runs, decision fatigue, and half-finished projects.

Because making something beautiful should feel fun—not overwhelming.
